We are thrilled to share the incredible experience we had at the MCS Lifestyle event, a momentous occasion celebrating their 10th Anniversary, held on September 2nd, 2023. Hosted by MCS Lifestyle and featuring the expertise of our dear friends from Jay Fitness and Luminous Fitness, this event was nothing short of spectacular.

The day was a whirlwind of fitness activities catering to all ages and levels. From the energetic Aerobic Dance to the adrenaline-pumping Aerobic Box and the challenging functional training, there was something for everyone.

However, the highlight of the day was undoubtedly the Aerobic Step session for Adults and Veterans, expertly led by our friend Justin from Jay Fitness.

Justin’s session was nothing short of amazing. His guidance and leadership during the Aerobic Step session left participants in awe. He seamlessly combined simple but challenging moves with an infectious enthusiasm that kept everyone engaged and motivated. Justin’s ability to connect with the crowd, especially the Adults and Veterans, was truly commendable. His session was not just about fitness; it was an experience that left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to attend.

Participants embraced each session with enthusiasm, pushing their physical and mental limits. DOUBLE TRIUMPH: Mororiseng Pleasure Secures 2nd Place in Aerobic Dance and Aerobic Step Competitions

Mororiseng FitnessZone made a proud appearance at this event, with our dedicated coach, Mororiseng Pleasure, emerging as a shining star. We are delighted to announce that Pleasure achieved remarkable success, securing the 2nd position in both the Aerobic Dance and Aerobic Step categories. Her dedication and commitment to fitness were evident to all.
