WE OFFER :
Aerobics Dance: Students can groove to energetic music while participating in fun and dynamic dance routines. This activity not only enhances cardiovascular endurance but also improves coordination and rhythm.
Aerobics Box: Combining the elements of aerobics and boxing, this activity offers a high-intensity workout that boosts strength, agility, and overall fitness. Students will learn proper boxing techniques while engaging in a rigorous cardio workout.
Functional Training: Our program incorporates functional training exercises that focus on improving everyday movements and enhancing overall body strength. Students will learn exercises that target core stability, balance, flexibility, and functional muscle groups.
